It's easy to participate.
Here are some suggestions to help you get started.

Ride in your Neighborhood.

Stationary bikes count.

If you are not feeling well stay home.

 

Follow the rules of the road if you are biking in your neighborhood, state or county parks.

 

Wear a helmet.

 

Maintain the recommended social distance of 6 feet at all times.

 

It’s OK to bike with family members and others in your household. 

 

It’s NOT OK to organize rides with friends, neighbors, clubs, co-workers, or other groups.

For every pledge, photo, and story,

we will donate food to one of the

food pantries in your area.

Normally at this time, we'd invite you to participate in Bike Month by bicycling for work.

Though times are anything but normal, we are still asking you to bike, but this time for a cause.

Food banks and food pantries in Mercer, Middlesex, Ocean

and Somerset counties are strained like never before. 

 

 

If you pledge to ride your bike at least once during the month of May,

we’ll donate food to a local food bank.
